1. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Order Processing Time

Handling Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and US holidays) after your payment is confirmed.

Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (CST - Central Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Once your order is processed, please allow 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday) for delivery to your address.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s system.
6. Address Changes & Cancellations

Address Corrections: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you made a mistake, contact us immediately at support@bebottles.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already entered the processing or shipping phase, we will not be able to cancel it, and you will need to follow our Refund Policy once the item arrives.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Damaged in Transit: If your BeBottles package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product, and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or contact us at support@bebottles.shop so we can assist you.
